Secondly, we are available for the third party to inspect.Thirdly, all machinery is available for your final inspection on site or live video call.Last, we also provide pre-sale /after-sale service and long-term spare parts support.

How can customers visit the factory and check your machines in China?
Most customers choose to open a video live call or pay commission to a third party for inspection. Also if you want to inspect by yourself, just contact us in advance and we will send a letter of invitation for visa, then arrange your business travel in China, such as to pick you up at the destination airport/to book hotel as well as to take you around.

Are you sure your spare part products will fit my excavator?
Yes, we are professional about this, please tell us or send pictures on which brand /model and we will provide the corresponding model for you as soon as possible.

What’s the MOQ and payment terms?
MOQ is 1 set. Payment via T/T, 30% as deposit,then 70% when shipping,other terms can be negotiated both party friendly.

About 10-15 working days after the deposit, or depending on the latest shipping schedule.

How about the package & shipment?
For machines,we use Bulk ship ,RoRo vessel ,Flat rack ,Container.For spare parts,we use FedEx,DHL express delivery.
